The 2,300 sq. ft. Terra office building was purchased in Feb'2020 and delivered empty. After which the building was renovated at risk with a focus on sustainability and the users. The office building is located on 'De Hoef', this is a multifunctional business park northeast of the center of Amersfoort.

The area has direct access to the A1, A27 and A28 motorways. The area includes national, international, large, medium-sized, service, logistics, non-profit and ICT companies. The building is equipped with 44 parking spaces. In May'2021 the office building was fully leased after which sold to Meerdervoort Prime.
